(c) your preference for normal or registered mail (we highly recommend paying a fee of SGD$2.50 for registered postage because it comes with a tracking code that will allow you to keep track of your purchase)

What is the payment mode?
We accept payment via paypal or bank transfer (for orders in Singapore).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!

How much is the shipping cost?
We offer HAPPY FREE SHIPPING within Singapore! For orders outside of Singapore, there is an additional shipping charge depending on where you are.

How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?
All our orders are sent out via the highly reliable Singapore Post within 3 days of payment verification. Normal postage usually takes 2 – 7 working days for delivery, while registered postage takes about 1 – 3 working days. We highly recommend paying a fee of SGD$2.50 for registered postage because it comes with a tracking code that will allow you to keep track of your purchase.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes, but once payment has been made, no refunds are available.
